Andy is a Director at RISConsulting covering the insurance / reinsurance and structured vehicle side of the business. He has participated in the origination, structuring and distribution of a variety of transactions including life reinsurance securitizations, catastrophe bond transactions, agent commission securitizations, life settlement transactions, alternative reinsurance collateral transactions and various credit enhancement transactions. He also serves as project manager for the launch of specialist structured finance vehicles.
Andy received an M.B.A. from Boston University and a BA in Geology from Denison University. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and when he has time – carpentry, mountain biking, skiing and fishing.
